Accessibility statement

Last updated: 18 June 2026

Our commitment

Ness.Cloud is committed to providing an equal and accessible service to all users, including people with disabilities. We work to make this enterprise AI licensing portal usable for a broad range of users and assistive technologies.

Conformance level

The portal is designed to conform to the Israeli standard SI 5568 at level AA, which is based on the international WCAG 2.0 level AA guidelines, in line with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013.

What we have done

  • Full keyboard navigation across all pages, with a clear focus indicator.
  • A “skip to main content” link at the top of every page.
  • Correct semantic structure (headings, landmarks, navigation) for screen readers.
  • Alternative text for images and icons, and labels for form fields.
  • Form errors announced to screen readers.
  • Hebrew and English support with correct directionality (RTL/LTR).
  • Respect for the operating-system “reduce motion” preference.
  • Sufficient text colour contrast.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts to make every component accessible, some parts may not yet be fully accessible. We continue to improve accessibility on an ongoing basis. If you encounter a difficulty, please let us know via the contact details below and we will work to fix it promptly.
