Ness Cloud

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about enterprise AI licensing through Ness.Cloud.

What is the difference between buying via Ness.Cloud and buying directly?

Ness.Cloud is an authorized reseller — the price is the vendor’s official list price with no markup from us. What you gain: local invoicing, Hebrew-speaking support, FinOps services and security guidance.

How is billing handled — per seat or per usage (tokens)?

It depends on the vendor. Claude Team, Microsoft Copilot and Gemini are per-seat (monthly or annual). Claude Enterprise and Azure OpenAI also include a usage component (tokens / API) billed separately based on actual consumption.

Is there a minimum number of users?

It varies by plan: Claude Team starts at 1, ChatGPT Team at 2, Claude/ChatGPT Enterprise around 70–150, and Gemini Business up to 300. The portal calculator shows the minimum for each plan.

What happens if I add or remove users mid-term?

On monthly (pay-as-you-go) billing you can add or remove seats anytime. On an annual commitment you can usually add seats (prorated), but cannot reduce seats until the term ends.

Does the license include a token allotment?

Claude Team includes an org-level token allotment. Claude Enterprise has no included allotment and usage is billed via API. You can add expansion Token Packs directly through the portal.
